Terms of Use - Mobile Applications

Important: By downloading, installing, accessing and using our mobile applications (Apps), you fully accept these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not download or use the Apps.

1. Definitions

Apps: Our mobile applications available on Google Play Store
Company: The developer and publisher of the App
User or You: Any person who downloads and uses the Apps
Content: All text, images, videos, data and materials within the Apps
Google Play Store: Google's digital distribution service

2. Grant of License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to download and use the Apps solely for your personal, non-commercial use on a compatible Android device that you own or control. This license does not include the right to:

3. Google Play Store Requirements

The Apps are distributed through Google Play Store and are governed by:

Google Play Developer Program Policies
Google's Privacy Policy

In case of conflict between these Terms and Google Play Policies, Google Play Policies shall prevail.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the Apps only for lawful purposes
Not harass, harm, threaten, abuse or intimidate others
Not attempt unauthorized access to the Apps or related systems
Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your country)
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. In-App Purchases and Payments

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by Google Play Store policies

11. Prohibited Conduct

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Apps

12. Termination
